Tendering Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tender Specialist. As a leader in our field, we are committed to exploring new horizons and expanding our capabilities in the stratospheric domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities and funding calls relevant to the aerospace and defense sector, in conjunction with our Finance and Administrative Manager, COO, and CTO.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with the specific requirements of the tenders.
- Manage the tender process from start to finish, including compiling documentation, post-submission follow-up, and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather the necessary technical and financial information for proposals.
- Keep up-to-date with regulations, guidelines, and industry trends.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the technology or aerospace sector.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with project management tools and office suites.

Offer:
- Service contract with a symbolic monthly fixed salary as an expense reimbursement.
- A significant Success Fee for each tender won, proportional to the difficulty of the tender, varying between 2% and 7% on the tender's net value, reflecting the value you bring to the team and the company.
