Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the technical team, working closely with our current CTO, a brilliant and energetic leader, to ensure that our technology continues to push the limits of what’s possible.

- Bring your extensive experience from the aerospace industry to guide the development of high-altitude and stratospheric platforms, providing strategic direction and mentorship to our technical staff.

- Provide a fresh, mature perspective to complement the innovative, fast-paced environment already in place at Involve.

- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Advisory Board to ensure alignment between our technological advancements and broader company goals.

- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of our cutting-edge pseudo-satellites, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring mission success.

- Foster an environment of innovation, learning, and growth, inspiring our young talent while contributing to the strategic vision of the company


Basic Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in the aerospace industry, with a strong track record in managing technical teams and delivering successful projects.

- Hands-on experience with stratospheric platforms, pseudo-satellites, or similar aerospace technologies is a strong advantage.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a young, dynamic team.

- A deep understanding of aerospace systems, engineering processes, and the challenges of high-altitude technologies.

- Experience working at a senior level, contributing to strategy and decision-making processes.

- Experience with large-scale aerospace programs or leadership roles in pioneering aerospace companies.

- Previous involvement in projects related to high-altitude platforms or balloon-based technologies.
