Junior Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively scout for new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Generate a predetermined number of high-quality leads on a weekly basis.

- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients.

- Qualify prospects and prepare initial information for the CEO, COO, and Head of Communication to manage and develop further.

- Maintain detailed records of leads and outreach efforts in our CRM system.

- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.

- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
